What we are asking your permission for

Offloo would like to create a profile for your child so they can view age-appropriate offline activity suggestions, earn in-app rewards (“gems,” streaks, and trophies) for completing those activities, and have those completions and reward requests routed to you for approval.

What information we will collect from your child

First name or nickname (as you enter it)
Age (as you enter it)

That's it. We do not collect your child's last name, contact information, location, photos, videos, voice recordings, or any content your child creates outside the app (drawings, crafts, etc. stay offline — the app never asks your child to upload them).

How this information will be used

To personalize activity suggestions shown to your child within their profile
To track their in-app progress (gems, streaks, trophies) so you and your child can see it
To operate the approval workflow that routes completed activities and reward requests to you

We do not use your child's information to serve targeted advertising, and we do not build an advertising profile of your child.

Whether this information will be disclosed to third parties

We do not sell your child's information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use a small number of service providers (currently Firebase/Google Cloud) strictly to host and operate the app's backend — they process this data only on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose. Your rights as a parent

You may, at any time:

Review the information we have collected about your child;
Request that we delete your child's information and profile;
Refuse to let us collect any further information from your child (which will deactivate the child profile); and
Ask us questions about our practices.

You can manage most of this directly in Settings → Account, or by emailing info@offloo.org from your account email. Consenting now does not prevent you from revoking consent later.

Your consent

By checking the box below and continuing, you confirm that: (1) you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose profile you are creating; (2) you have read this Notice and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use; and (3) you consent to our collection and use of your child's first name/nickname and age as described above.
